We have an immediate opening for an eCommerce Analyst. An eCommerce Analyst is a wonderful profession for those who love to analyze problems and come up with creative solutions. This position will work with the eCommerce team to setup client websites, perform analyses on client online presence and business performance, present reports to clients, and recommend improvements in data collection. This is a multi-disciplinary position that performs analysis, website setup and management, and daily operations for client sites in support of the eCommerce team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Setting up client websites using internal platform management system
- Performing client online presence analysis
- Local Listing Management
- Daily operations and support of client platforms
- Data input, content creation, and update for client sites
- Monthly client report creation
Selection Criteria include:
- 4 year college degree preferred
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS preferred
- Knowledge of SEO concepts preferred
- Ability to work closely with users and technical team

Web / Graphic Designer
We have an immediate opening for a Web / Graphic Designer. This position will report directly to the eBizAutos Creative Department Team leader.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
- Mac and PC proficient

- Must demonstrate an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Understand the principles of usable Website and layout design

Product Analyst
We have an immediate opening for an Product Analyst. The Product Analyst will own products and features and work closely with the business teams and customers to design products that wow our customers and make a difference on the bottom line. In this central role, you will be responsible for owning features, which includes the entire design process from beginning to end, product plans, ensuring the feature's success, and participating in managing their development and implementation.
Responsibilities Include:
- Define and write product and feature requirements and functional specifications that articulate current and future business objectives for new products or major enhancements to existing products
- Lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment, including engineers, marketing, business development, quality assurance, customer service
- Participate in the development of the product roadmap
- Perform market research to determine overall product direction remain competitive in the marketplace
- Identify necessary reports, metrics, and analysis to measure the effectiveness and validate the success of completed projects
- Perform quality assurance testing of new feature enhancements and products to ensure the functionality meets the defined design and specifications
- Present product updates to other departments in the company to ensure they are aware of system enhancements
Selection Criteria Include:
- Experience in front or back-end Internet/technology program/product analysis, preferably including consumer internet
- Experience in transforming business and design requests into a product requirements document
- Understanding of web development best practices and the product management lifecycle
- Strong task management skills; organized, extremely high attention to detail, able to manage multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast paced environment
- Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams
- Understand customer and business needs and engage closely with engineering team and assist in determining the best technical implementation methods
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
